One more thing, you might want to have your parents set up a page on Care2.com There you can start an online petition so folks from around the country can sign and express their opinions. It might not make a difference to the council but then again it could. I am sending a few messages out this morning to some poultry groups and on my social networks. As a poultry owner and aficionado I am 100% behind you on this.
